DESCRIPTION:Sacred Directions\nA Medicine Wheel Journey\nRelease • Remember • Awaken • Become \nThere are times along our path when we are called to look inward\, remember what we carry\, and become more intentional about the direction we are choosing for our lives. \nSacred Directions is an experiential medicine wheel journey created to support personal transformation\, healing\, and a deeper relationship with yourself\, others\, the natural world\, and the life you are consciously choosing to create. \nThrough four in-person gatherings\, we will move together through the sacred directions of the medicine wheel\, using each direction as a compass for reflection\, ceremony\, experiential learning\, and personal growth. \nThroughout the journey\, participants will work with ceremony\, guided journey practices\, ancestral remembrance\, intentional listening\, personal reflection\, healing practices\, and relationship with the natural world. Each gathering creates space to recognize what has shaped you\, release what you are ready to set down\, remember the wisdom and medicine you carry\, and consciously choose how you want to walk forward. \nThe medicine wheel becomes more than something we learn about.
