Join us for a healing ceremony where blankets are wrapped around the body, like a cocoon. Following the meditation, there is the feeling of emergence into your intentions.

This technique is often used during times of change, rites of passage and also to calm & release tensions in the body/mind/emotions.
Participants can either lay on yoga mats on the floor or in anti-gravity chairs.
Please bring one blanket or sheet with you. We will wrap two points on the body.
