We will spend the day surrounded by the gifts of Mother Nature as we dive into our own divinity, returning to the parts of us that make us whole, finding alignment within our daily lives.

This day will be a mindful curation of activities and down time, designed to welcome in feelings of safety & comfort. We will find space within ourselves to understand how to trust our own intuition, open up to self love, release old patterns and beliefs, and reclaim your own power from within.

About Your Hosts
Kristina Nez Begay
Kristina Nez Begay (Diné/Navajo Nation) is an Indigenous educator, inspirational speaker, master healer, award-winning artist, and community advocate dedicated to helping individuals and communities reconnect with their inner wisdom and live with greater purpose, balance, and intention. For 2+ decades, Kristina has guided people on journeys of healing and self-discovery, drawing from Indigenous teachings, cross-cultural healing practices, and years of community advocacy. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Arts in American Indian Studies, Kristina has served as a Victims of Crime Advocate, Cultural Advocate, Community Healer, educator, and mentor. She is the creator of more than fifty educational programs, workshops, and mentorships and is a contributing author to 3 international best-selling books. She is also an award-winning Indigenous artist whose handcrafted drums, rattles, and sacred tools honor traditional teachings and celebrate the enduring strength of Indigenous cultures. Known for her warmth, authenticity, and engaging teaching style, Kristina believes lasting transformation begins by remembering who we are, living with intention, and responding to life with compassion.
Laurel Ziemienski
Laurel Ziemienski is an Integrative Mind, Body & Energetic Practitioner and owner of Ananda Healing Arts. Her deeply transformative work through the use of breath work, the pre-quantum field, sound healing, nutrition & nourishment, energy healing, meditation, and plant medicine gives her the tools needed to help her clients shift out of old patterns and beliefs, so they can remember their true essence in this lifetime and shift into the path that aligns with their truest desires. Laurel has spent 11+ years offering her medicine to those who seek to know their own truth. Laurel is a local & international Retreat Host & Guide, Sound Healing Practitioner, Reiki Master Practitioner, Pre-Quantum Energetic Coherence Practitioner, Cacao Facilitator, Educator/Teacher, & Event Facilitator.
