Dare to be Aware Fair
Patricia Clayson: Hi, I’m Patricia Clayson from the Dare to Be Aware Fair, and I am so excited to be here today with Christina Nesbigay, one of our longtime exhibitors and sponsors. Christina has been with us for over ten years.
Christina, I’m going to glance at my notes to make sure I capture everything. You’re a sponsor, a speaker, an exhibitor—you work internationally doing workshops, classes, and healing sessions. You’re also a contributing author to a book on spirit communication. You’re doing so much and making a difference across the globe. We’re truly honored to have you with us.
Christina Nesbigay: Thank you so much, Patricia. I’m glad to be here.
Christina’s Presentation
Patricia: Tell us a bit about what people can expect from your presentation at the fair.
Christina: First, I’d suggest arriving early—people often wait in line to get into my room. For me, teaching others to be mindful of their thoughts, words, and actions is a huge passion. My presentations aren’t just lectures; they’re personal experiences. I even bring my drum, so there will be healing for everyone.
Patricia: You also have healing and learning stations, right?
Christina: Yes! Sometimes the healing energy spreads throughout the fair through the vibration of the drums and our demonstrations. I bring volunteers who can teach people things, so it’s not about buying something—it’s about giving visitors something meaningful they can take home and share. That’s how the ripple effect begins. One person experiences it, and then it spreads.
Healing Atmosphere
Patricia: It seems like many exhibitors contribute to this atmosphere. It’s not overly commercial—it’s really about healing and helping people.
Christina: Absolutely. While some people do sell goods, the focus is on creating an environment for learning, healing, and personal growth.
Why Christina Sponsors the Fair
Patricia: Why have you returned as a sponsor?
Christina: I support what Dare to Be Aware does. It’s important to have events with top-notch exhibitors and experts. People can ask questions and get real answers—or be guided if they’re unsure. Everyone should have access to these healing modalities—not just the wealthy. A small entry fee can provide meaningful experiences, and attendees can decide what resonates with them.
Patricia: That aligns perfectly with the fair’s mission—to allow people to connect face-to-face with coaches, healers, and experts.
Christina: Yes! That personal connection is so valuable. I hope this year we’ll have even more people ready to connect and engage again.
Intergenerational Space in Green Bay
Patricia: Tell us about your intergenerational space in Green Bay.
Christina: Instead of a traditional wellness center, I started a wellness community, Hojo Healing Wellness Community, over a year ago. It’s an intergenerational space for sharing, connecting, and healing. The idea is that we can all learn from each other’s challenges and successes.
Patricia: Thank you for creating that. Green Bay will definitely benefit from the energy and learning that spreads from your community.
Creating Peace
Patricia: Your session focuses on creating peace. What’s one thing someone could do right now to start creating peace in their life?
Christina: Breathe. Conscious, intentional breathing is powerful. We’re living in unprecedented times and experiencing global challenges. While we can’t control everything, we can control our own intentions and presence in the world. Breath allows us to center ourselves, hold sacred space, and contribute to healing—for ourselves and others.
Patricia: So everyone, consciously breathe in peace and breathe out love. Use it to calm yourself and help others find peace in their heart, mind, and spirit.
Closing Remarks
Patricia: We hope to see everyone at the fair on April 30th! It starts with Eric’s presentation at 8:30 a.m., and there will be amazing presentations all day. Be sure to attend Christina’s session and take away some wonderful vibes for your day and future.
Christina, thank you again for sharing what you’ll be doing at the fair.
Christina: I can’t wait! I’m looking forward to a hug and seeing everyone there.
Patricia: Absolutely! Thank you so much, Christina.
Christina: Thank you!
Patricia: See you soon.
