In this experiential workshop, you will explore how your effectiveness suffers when you live day by day without taking enough time for yourself. Every aspect of your life is affected by this depletion.

Students will be led with guided meditation to cultivate their soul’s purpose and build personal power. Then encouraged to actively weed out and let go of obstacles and things that are no longer growing and serving a purpose. This allows students to chose to move beyond scarcity, grief, and guilt and sow the seeds of abundance, happiness, and love.
