These medicines are gifts from Mother Earth to for her children. In this class we will explore white sage, sweet grass, frankincense, cedar, Florida water, and Palo Santo. You will learn ways to use these medicines to open sacred space, clear rooms, smudge and maintain spiritual wellness.
